Chief Val Demings Outraises Marco Rubio for Third Consecutive Quarter
ORLANDO — Today, it was announced that U.S. Senate candidate and former Orlando Police Chief Congresswoman Val Demings outraised Marco Rubio by $2 million in Q4 of 2021. This is the third consecutive quarter Demings has outraised Rubio, with the campaign touting over 300,000 grassroots donors since launch and an average Q4 donation of just $27.23.
“Our campaign is so proud of the historic, grassroots army we are building to beat career politician Marco Rubio and send Chief Demings to the United States Senate,” said Demings Campaign Manager Zack Carroll. “This momentum shows what we’ve known all along: that Floridians want an accomplished police chief representing them in the United States Senate, not a career politician who refuses to stand up to his special interest donors and party bosses. The energy is on our side, and this is only the beginning of our movement.”< Back to all News
